MOSES and other stuff

Our class is off to a great start! Moses is a hit, as I'm sure we all expected. Students take turns with jobs in class and 'plants and animals' are one of the jobs. They water the plants, feed the fish and help me to care for Moses.

This is a transition year for the Archdiocese of Detroit. They are moving away from Iowa testing and will be implementing a new standardized testing system next year. Although our school will still be taking the Iowa test this year, only the 'required' grades will do so. That means 4th grade will not be taking it this year! We will, however, be taking our standardized religion test formulated through the AOD.
